Universal Studios – The Theme Park
Ok, so what’s the difference between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure?
Well, Universal Studios is based more on a filming studio back lot, meaning, more indoor rides, more simulators and less outdoor rides and roller coasters.
But that doesn’t mean that it’s a less fun park to visit.
Despicable me Minion mayhem, Shrek 4D, the Transformers, The Simpson’s ride, Men in Black, Harry Potter escape from Gringotts, Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket, Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon and so much more.
Rides, shows, parades and characters , I mean, what else could you want?
Well, some more of Harry Potter goodness, of course. In July 2014 a new area opened in the park, Diagon Alley. There you can find Harry Potter’s escape from Gringotts, while engulfing yourself in more of the magical world of Harry Potter. To top it up, you can now travel between the two parts of the Magical world of Harry Potter, by traveling there and back with the Hogwarts Express.
To sum it all up, a great park, one of the best, for a great day of entertainment for the family.
